Customer Service Executive

RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Salary will commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: 2 shifts (9am-6pm, 11am-8pm)

Working days : 5 Working days + 2 Off Days

Location : Johor Bahru

Job Description:

• Attend to the needs and requests of postpartum mothers
• Share information about our confinement care packages and services with customers
• Manage in-house and external customers’ enquiries
• Schedule bookings for postnatal services
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments effectively to provide customers an exceptional stay experience
• Overall ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Enjoy interacting with people Strong team player
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Proficiency in written and spoken both English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (as training will be provided)
