Car Wash Customer Service / Receptionist

-We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our car wash team.

Main responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
• Manage and confirm car wash bookings
• Greet customers when they arrive
• Check vehicles in and collect customer details
• Take and hand over vehicle keys safely
• Explain services and pricing to customers
• Coordinate with the car wash team regarding customer vehicles
• Contact customers when their vehicle is ready
• Return keys and ensure the vehicle handover is smooth
• Ask customers for feedback after the service
• Handle basic customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Keep the reception/customer area organised

✅ Previous customer service experience is preferred
