GME Greentech is looking for a responsible, organised and customer-oriented Customer Service professional to join our team!

Location: Klang, Selangor

Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently & under pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide information regarding company products and services.
• Handle customer requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese.
• Pleasant personality and good attitude towards work.
• Ability to multi-task, good communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills required.

Salary: The salary offered is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
