About the role

PT Heunga Line Internasional is the Indonesian booking agent for Heung-A line co., Ltd. (Korea), handling container shipping services from our Head Office in Jakarta and branches in Surabaya and Semarang. This role involves managing shipping requests, booking approvals, and export documentation within the container shipping industry.

Key responsibilities

• Review and confirm Shipping Requests (S/R) and booking approvals in the system
• Issue and send export Delivery Orders (DO) to shippers, and monitor bookings until vessel departure
• Check space availability and coordinate booking changes, including transfers to the next vessel or port
• Prepare daily internal reports (Proforma Loading List, Current Booking) and send the Current Booking Forecast (CBF) to partners and the Operations team
• Check special cargo documents (OOG, Reefer, DG) and submit special cargo requests
• Verify VGM data between the terminal and the Bill of Lading, and update COPARN data to the terminal
• Coordinate with agents at the next port of call
• Communicate with customers, agents, and internal teams by email to follow up on bookings and resolve service issues
