What they need
About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service representative to join our team. You will be providing support to customers, handling inquiries, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide introductory information (like product manual explanations) to new and prospective customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via phone, web chat, and email
- Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate complex queries when necessary
- Recommend additional products/services that benefit customers and keep account records up to date
- Handle basic administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams
About you
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in a related field
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with great time management to handle multitasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems, VoIP phones, and chat software
- Basic admin capabilities and the ability to work well within a team
