What they need
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee and other online platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions and payment methods.
- Support online sales by following up with customers and potential buyers.
- Process and monitor online orders and delivery arrangements.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges and after-sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Online Team, Sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and orders.
- Support online campaigns, livestreams and other online activities when required.
- Perform other duties related to online customer service and operations as assigned.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
