REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering or Bachelor’s degree.
- English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from international customers.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar position.
- Follow up on orders, quotations, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide clear and timely information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Administration departments to address customer needs.
- Maintain updated customer information and related documentation.
- Prepare customer service and follow-up reports.
Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $21,000.00 al mes
