Enjoy helping customers and working as part of a busy team? Project Building Supplies is looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our growing business in Balcatta.

You’ll help trade and retail customers with their enquiries, process orders and support the day-to-day running of the store.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be a first point of contact for customers in-store, over the phone and by email. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, helpful service to trade and retail customers
• Handling customer enquiries in-store, by phone and by email
• Processing sales orders, invoices and payments accurately
• Supporting your teammates with daily store operations
• Keeping the store well presented and maintaining merchandising standards
• Completing general administrative tasks as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail when processing orders and payments
• A reliable, punctual approach and willingness to help the team
• The ability to manage competing tasks in a busy environment

Building or construction industry experience is preferred. Experience with Accrivia software would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
