Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized, customer focused representative to support our retail customers and sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a passion for delivering outstanding support in a busy office environment.

What you'll do

• Build and update planograms and shelf layouts for retail customers
• Create presentations, promotional materials, and sales support pieces
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product promotions, and new item launches
• Respond to customer and sales requests professionally
• Work with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep information accurate and up to date
• Track, schedule, and help with store sets and re-sets

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience, ideally in grocery, retail, or wholesale distribution
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Planogram experience (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, Spaceman, or similar)
• Marketing or merchandising background
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Clear, friendly communication skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
