🔹 Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and inquiries to close sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Liaise with design & operation teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Follow up on project status and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
