About the role

Job skop
- Melayan pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, WhatsApp atau saluran komunikasi yang disediakan.
- Minimum kelayakan SPM atau setaraf.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu.
- Boleh menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi asas seperti Microsoft Office.
