Customer Service

Key Accountabilities:

 Help achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

 Practice upselling and cross-selling techniques and promote offers.

 Develop and maintain expertise in Colortek’s decorative and architectural product lines, solution paints, color collections, wallpaper, and their appropriate usage and applications.

 Offer tailored advice to painters, design professionals, and homeowners regarding color matching and product selection.

 Conduct site visits to homeowners and commercial spaces to advise on decorative finishes and maximize sales.

 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.

 Offer accurate product information and provide product data sheets to customers.

 Maintain a clean and neat showroom appearance, ensuring it reflects the brand’s standards.

 Respect and execute Colortek’s operational procedures.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and competing products to effectively persuade customers.

 Understand and support Colortek’s corporate mission and align with the company’s marketing and sales targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

 Strong customer service competencies a must (showroom experience a plus)

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills

 BA or equivalent degree in Interior Design or related field is a plus

 Positive attitude and active person

 Strong knowledge of Colortek decorative and architectural products, paints, wallpaper and finishes.

 Familiarity with color matching, product selection, and application techniques
