Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications in customer service or communication preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail or tech industry.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
• Providing Home and one meal a day
• Transportation not required as home next to work.
