About the role

The role is a Customer Service and Sales Officer position for a company engaged in shared office and commercial property management. You will be responsible for promoting the company's shared office spaces, office rentals and related services, handling customer inquiries, and managing day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's shared office spaces, office rentals and related services
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings
• Receive visiting customers and arrange office tours
• Follow up with potential customers, understand their needs and provide suitable office solutions
• Assist with quotations, rental follow-ups, customer records and sales records
• Assist new tenants with move-in procedures and provide daily customer service
• Handle daily administrative and office management tasks for shared office spaces
• Manage meeting rooms, common areas, mail and office facilities
• Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and daily service requests
• Assist with promotional activities, customer events and other company operations

About you

• Form 5 or above education level
• Experience in customer service, sales, administration or office management
• Proficiency in computer operations including Microsoft Office, Excel, email and basic online tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Careful, responsible, proactive and with good service attitude
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks
• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication ability preferred
• Sales target or customer follow-up experience preferred
• Experience in shared office, business centre, property rental, hotel or related service industries preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and new AI tools preferred
