What they need
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
- Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs efficiently.
- Provide product or service information and assist customers with relevant requests.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
