Are you passionate about Customer Service?

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a global organization and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for B2B customers in the U.S. and Canada.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order entry to closure.
• Provide proactive solutions to customer inquiries, requests and incidents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Operations and Finance to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.

🔹 WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Advanced English — essential for daily interaction with international customers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
