What they need
Bachhat Bazaar is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to join our team!
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Handle sales transactions, operate the cash register (POS), and manage the till accurately.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Promote products, upsell items, and help increase sales.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory and other daily store operations.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
- Sales experience and POS/till experience are preferred.
- Friendly, reliable, honest, and able to work in a team.
- Retail experience is an asset.
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
