Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
Order parts needed for service calls
Arrange engineers diary
Experience:
- As stated above experience in the window industry is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Hours - 9:00 - 4:30
