• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure efficient follow-up and management
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and empathetically
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer skills
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
