Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Conduct data entry accurately to update customer accounts and records
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all interactions
• Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery
• Support sales efforts by engaging customers in conversations about their needs and preferences

Skills

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively convey information
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately
• Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling and enhancing customer experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases

Pay: $17.60-$17.99 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
