Customer Service Rep Position Available!

We offer flexible scheduling and immediate start dates! Touch Tone Telemarketing is a well-established call center located in Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454. We are seeking a customer service representative.

Our customer service team handles inbound and outbound calls for subscription and membership services. Past Phone Customer Service Experience is preferred, but no experience is necessary!

We will provide paid training.

Tasks: Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls Processing payments Data Entry

Skills and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Always be professional and polite with customers and members at all times Ability to be flexible and work on multiple calling campaigns Must have reliable transportation (unfortunately we are not on the bus line)

Work Schedule**: We offer flexible part time schedules.** Operating Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Expected hours per week: 20 to 35
