Customer Service Staff Requirements 客服岗位要求

Aim 目标

Standardize the recruitment criteria, work standards and competency requirements for customer service staff, ensure high-quality pre-sales consultation, after-sales problem handling and customer communication, improve customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.

Basic Qualification Requirements 基础任职要求

Communication ability

Fluent oral and written expression, patient and gentle tone, able to accurately understand customer demands, good at comforting emotional customers.

Literacy & Computer Skill

Basic office software operation, fast typing speed; clear logical thinking to record customer feedback completely.

Service Attitude

Strong sense of service responsibility, no negative words or quarrels with customers, actively follow up unresolved customer issues.

Working Character

Patient, careful, resilient, able to bear customer complaints and work pressure

Language

Able to communicate in English and chinese

Job Responsibility Requirements 岗位工作要求

Customer Consultation

Timely reply to online messages, phone inquiries about product information, order, delivery and usage problems.

Complaint & Dispute Handling

Receive customer complaints, record problem details, coordinate relevant departments to solve issues, give customers clear processing progress and feedback results within specified time.

Order & After-sales Processing

Handle return, exchange, refund, repair applications, check order information, follow up logistics and after-sales procedures.

Cording & Sorting Fill in customer service forms, sort customer feedback, summarize common product problems and report to supervisor regularly.

Daily Cooperation

Communicate with warehouse, operation, technical team to quickly resolve customer abnormal issues; strictly abide by company service process specifications.

Code of Conduct Requirements 行为规范要求

Uniform polite service terminology, no vulgar, perfunctory or cold words to customers.

Protect customer privacy, shall not disclose customer phone, address, order information to irrelevant personnel.

Do not promise customers any benefits or compensation beyond company rules without permission.

Keep working accounts safe, do not share customer service login accounts with others.

Strictly follow company working hours, avoid long-time offline without leave during working period.
