Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate information about products, services and promotional campaigns Resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency Processing customer orders, returns and refunds according to company procedures Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system Identifying customer needs and preferences to support targeted marketing campaigns Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators Participating in training programmes to enhance product knowledge and service skills
