What they need
Wholesale Distribution Company Customer Service :
Take orders via phone
Become familiar with over 400 products and be able to answer basic customer questions about those products
Answer customer order and shipping questions
Work with NetSuite ERP software to take orders
Become familiar with the company website and be able to answer customer questions about navigation, functionality etc
Answer customer inquiries about their account
Skills required:
Excellent computer skills
Ability to navigate cloud-based software systems
Adaptability
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to resolve customer concerns in a calm manner
Ability to resolve customer conflict
Friendly and patient
Ability to think on your feet and answer difficult customer questions
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Dependable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

- English (Required)
