Customer Service / Cold Caller

Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation
• Previous Call Center/BPO experience is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and professional
• Target-driven and able to work toward lead generation goals

Key responsibilities

• Make 30–40 outbound calls per day to potential clients and prospects.
• Conduct daily research to identify and develop new leads.
• Identify, assess, and qualify potential brokers and prospects based on the company’s criteria.
• Introduce the company, its services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Handle questions, objections, and initial inquiries in a professional and informative manner.
• Build rapport and establish strong, professional relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Accurately document call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain, organize, and regularly update lead records and CRM information.
• Schedule appointments or endorse qualified leads to the appropriate team member for further handling.
• Provide accurate daily and weekly updates on outbound calls, new leads, and overall prospecting activities.
