Customer Service (Collection)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding their scheduled installment payments in a professional manner
• Record customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in the CRM or collection management system
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support collection follow-up and payment resolution
• Prepare daily and periodic reports on outbound call activities, payment status, and collection progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - All Majors
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Collection Officer, Desk Collection, Customer Service Collection, or a similar role
• Familiar with CRM, Collection Systems, or Collection Dashboards
• Good understanding of collection processes, payment reminders, and Promise to Pay documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting purposes
