Job Desription:
1.接收和处理客户订单（Sales Order）
2.回复客户的询问、要求和投诉
3.跟进订单生产进度
4.跟进 Delivery / Shipment
5.与 Sales、Production、Warehouse、Logistics 协调
6.向客户更新订单及交货日期
7.准备或协助准备 quotation、invoice、delivery documents 等文件
Requirement:
- SPM or equivalent.
