What they need
THE OPPORTUNITY | TE ĀHEINGA
New Zealand’s digital infrastructure keeps communities connected across the country. This 18-month fixed-term opportunity will see you play an important part in making that happen, working with a leading telecommunications infrastructure company in Auckland’s CBD.
ABOUT THE ROLE | MŌ TE TŪRANGA
Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you’ll coordinate service requests from order through to completion. You’ll work closely with retail service providers and internal teams across several provisioning streams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Copper and Fibre provisioning orders through to completion
- Managing Consents Provisioning and Managed Migrations
- Investigating issues and driving escalations through to resolution
- Contributing your subject matter expertise to process improvements and automation
ABOUT YOU | MĀU
You’ll bring a solid background in a customer-facing telecommunications role, including hands-on experience within an ISP or RSP environment and confidence using provisioning or order management platforms.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Work methodically through complex situations and know when to escalate
- Take ownership of customer outcomes from beginning to end
- Manage your workload independently and consistently meet SLA commitments
- Adapt quickly and positively as processes and systems evolve
WHAT WE OFFER | Ā MĀTOU TUKU
You’ll join a diverse and supportive team where manaakitanga, care and respect for one another are part of the everyday culture. The role offers plenty of variety, along with the flexibility to work from home two days per week once training is complete. The remaining days will be based in a modern Auckland CBD office.
We recognise that neurodiversity is an important part of a healthy and successful workplace. We aim to create a psychologically safe recruitment experience that uncovers and advocates for each person’s strengths. If the usual recruitment process doesn’t bring out your best, please let us know how we can support you. We want you to shine, not shy away.
NEXT STEPS
Apply now. To be considered, you’ll need to hold New Zealand citizenship, residency or a valid work visa.
If this opportunity isn’t quite the right fit, we’d still love to hear from you. Register your details through our website, as another role may be better suited to your experience.
