Customer Service Coordinator

Jetts 24 Hour Fitness is part of Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG), HQ in Australia – We are Asia Pacific’s largest group of corporately owned health and wellness clubs. In 2017, the first Asian club was launched in Bangkok and right now in 2023, we are the number 1 gym in Thailand in terms of the number of clubs with a total of over 50 clubs with the slogan “Workout on Your Terms”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer's inquiries/request daily via different channels (e.g. social media, calls, email and website)

• Communicate and coordinate effectively regarding member comments, complaints, and compliments, ensuring a proper response

• Address customer complaints and facilitate service recoveries, subsequently reporting to the supervisor

• Work closely with club operations, offering insights and recommendations to improve process efficiency

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
• Service minded with flexible attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs effectively
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think quickly and provide basic solutions
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Familiar with social media (e.g. FB, IG or Line OA)
• Good command in English
• Able to work in shifts (mainly from 3PM-12AM)
