Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• TManage customer inquiries and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and customer concerns.
• Monitor and follow up on order confirmations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Expedite customer orders to support on-time delivery commitments.
• Prepare and distribute customer backlog reports and order status updates.
• Coordinate shipment requests and communicate delivery updates to customers.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• College Diploma or equivalent; additional business-related education is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience.
• Industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and Word, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.
