Warehouse Customer Service Process

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer service enquiries from branches through supplier ordering, bill collection, Fast Track coordination and final reporting.

Capability Required

1. Coordination Skills

Coordinate smoothly with branches, suppliers, the Fast Track team and managers to ensure enquiries are completed.

2. Follow-up Skills

Regularly follow up on pending enquiries, supplier orders and bills until the customer requirement is fulfilled.

3. Communication Skills

Communicate clearly and promptly through WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels.

4. Time Management

Prioritize urgent customer requirements and ensure enquiries are handled within the expected time.

5. Problem-Solving

Handle supplier unavailability, delayed bills, incorrect products, quantity issues and communication gaps.

6. Customer Focus

Understand that the purpose of the process is to fulfill the customer's requirement quickly and accurately.

7. Accountability

Take ownership of an enquiry from the time it is received until the required item/bill is properly coordinated.

8. Multitasking Ability

Handle enquiries from multiple branches and suppliers simultaneously without losing track of pending cases.
