Customer Service Coordinator

1. Sales Order Management

• Process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Update and track sales orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments for order fulfilment.

2. Customer Service Support

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, fax, and walk-ins.
• Provide timely responses and updates to customers.
• Support indoor sales activities and customer order fulfilment.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues with relevant teams.

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and team.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administration is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Good customer service attitude with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Working Hours: AM or PM shift options:

AM shift:

·         Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

·         Alternate Saturdays: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

PM shift: (night shift allowance will be provided)

·         Monday – Wednesday: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm

·         Alternate Thursday: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm

·         Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

·         Sunday: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
