Customer Service Coordinator

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests by phone, email, WhatsApp and in person
• Receive and record customer orders, service requests and complaints accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, kitchen or technical staff) to deliver services on time
• Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and satisfaction
• Resolve complaints politely and quickly, and escalate complex issues to management
• Prepare quotations, invoices and booking confirmations as required
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM or tracking system
• Schedule appointments, deliveries and service visits
• Provide customers with accurate information about services, pricing and timelines
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer requests, complaints and response times
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to service quality
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and feedback collection

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with catering, event coordination (mandatory or strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of catering operations, menu planning and event setup is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi, Arabic is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email and CRM or booking systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
