Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator will act as the central hub for all sales‑related activities, handling enquiries, quotations, order entry, and project coordination. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to verify purchase orders, processing & managing orders, ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery.

• Process enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments accurately and timely

• Verify purchase orders against quotations and validate material/service orders

• Liaise with customers to confirm schedules and follow up on payments, BG and LC matters

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and obtain necessary details for quotes

• Enter sales orders, issue Field Service order, and generate order acknowledgements/proforma invoices

• Prepare and send supporting billing documents for service orders

• File all customer‑related documents according to company procedures

• Follow up on actions required to meet customer requirements

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• Minimum Diploma (fresh graduates welcome)

• Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of Syteline ERP is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work spontaneously and adapt to changing priorities

• Team player capable of operating with minimal supervision

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving orientation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
