Customer Service Coordinator

To work within a sales, customer service and admin team in handling existing customers, key accounts and developing new ones

To carry out specific tasks detailed below:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Service and coordinate strategy with key accounts
• Provide customers with accurate quotations ensuring protocol and sales strategy is followed
• Follow up quotations whilst liaising with the sales team when applicable
• Assist with incoming phone calls, dealing with sales enquiries and general customer service requirements to a high level
• Work with colleagues to ensure what has been quoted has the required info from the customer before being passed on to admin
• To work with both the admin, planning & studio departments as a liaison between them and the customer as and when required
• Deal with NCR’s from clients internally whilst liaising with relevant departments
• Other duties relating to sales and admin when detailed by the Commercial Manager and Customer Service Supervisor.

Main purpose of role:

• To provide the very best level of customer service ensuring that all telephone and e-mail correspondence is dealt with accurately and efficiently, and that the customers’ expectations are continually met.
• To provide the customer with accurate, prompt quotations ensuring that the sales strategy of the company is followed.
• Ensure NCR’s are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
• To help with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
