Customer Service Coordinator (Logistics) #EntryLevel

Job Info:

• Basic salary up to $3,600
• Attractive bonuses: AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Working Location: East Region – Kaki Bukit

Job scope:

• Deliver excellent customer service by liaising with clients via email and phone
• Manage sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing using the SAP system
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders; provide shipment support and updates
• Prepare shipping documents including import/export paperwork, LC documentation, Bill of Lading, and AWB
• Coordinate with the factory team on production schedules and shipment readiness
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of documentation and information to clients, agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field (Full training will be provided for entry-level candidates)
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics/supply chain/shipping is advantageous
