Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping & Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries professionally and promptly

Coordinate import and export shipments

Prepare shipping and customs documentation

Liaise with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates

Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping/Freight Forwarding

✅ Malaysian Citizens

✅ Fluent in Mandarin & English

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines

✅ Fast learner with a positive attitude

✅ Team player who is willing to learn and grow

📍 Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang, Selangor

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
