Customer Service (CSV) - Domlog

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline; Logistics, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

• Receive and process customer orders while coordinating with Sales, Vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor and track orders from placement through delivery completion.
• Provide timely, professional, and high-quality customer service.
• Handle and resolve customer and vendor complaints effectively and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain Delivery Orders (DO) and other customer-related documentation.
• Generate regular reports on order volumes, vendor performance, and operational improvement opportunities.
