About the role
You will be the frontline person for our mothers and families, ensuring that every guest receives professional, caring and timely assistance throughout their stay. The role combines customer service, administration, coordination and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers' enquiries, requests and feedback promptly
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Follow up on mothers' needs and coordinate with the relevant departments
- Coordinate appointments and services for mothers, including massage, TCM, lactation consultation and other wellness services
About you
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
- Well organised with good attention to detail
