CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM ADMIN

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive prompt support and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
*Prepare invoices, reports, and quotations
*Provide order updates and coordinate with relevant departments
*Assist in resolving product or service issues
*Maintain accurate customer records and follow up where needed
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

*SPM / Diploma in any field.
*Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
*Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email).
*Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
*Able to multitask and work independently.
*Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
