Customer Service cum Operation Assistant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ECONOMY PACKING & FREIGHT SERVICES SDN. BHD. as an Customer Service Cum Operations Assistant. As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor in coordinating daily operations, including truck and manpower arrangements, warehouse activities, operational documentation, forwarding support, and daily job planning. The role requires effective communication and coordination with the Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Assistant, Forwarding Department, and Operations Management Division to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

What you'll be doing

1. To assist supervisor to Manage trucks including rental trucks needed for daily work
2. To assist Operation Supervisor to manage daily/extra manpower.
3. Communicate with Operation Supervisor and Warehouse assistant matters related to Warehouse and entry and exit of packaging.
4. Inform the Operations Management Divisions regarding daily operations.
5. To collect document from operation and record in file.
6. To assist forwarding Department to complete the document and documentation (CI, SI and Insurance).
7. To plan and complete Daily Job.
