What they need
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Sea Transportation Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Global Freight Forwarding company, particularly in handling Customs Clearance and Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Customs Clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and familiar with the CEISA 4.0 system.
- Proficient in handling customs clearance documentation (e.g., PIB, PEB, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice, and relevant import/export permits).
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
