Customer Service Desk

Overview

Join our customer service desk team as a welcoming first point of contact. You’ll help customers with enquiries, provide clear information and support a smooth service experience.

Duties

• Respond to customer enquiries through service channels, using professional phone etiquette.
• Enter and update customer information accurately, maintaining clear records.
• Listen carefully, communicate solutions clearly and use analysis skills to understand and resolve issues.
• Identify relevant products or services and use appropriate upselling to meet customers’ needs.
• Your impact: Accurate, considerate support helps customers resolve enquiries efficiently and feel confident about their next steps.
• Produce monthly reports for senior management on KPI's
• Assign duties to field engineers and officers.

Working hours

• The role will work around a rota system with other team members on either mornings or afternoon shifts 0600 - 1400hrs and 1400 - 2200hrs.
• Opotional nighttime working also available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a courteous, customer-focused approach.
• Confidence with data entry and attention to detail.
• Microsoft office and general IT and APP knowledge and confident
• Previous customer service experience is useful but not essential.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
