Customer Service - Direct to Site

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused person to join Drywall Warehouse in a new Customer Service – Direct to Site role at our Penrose branch. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a great opportunity for someone who wants to make the role their own, build strong relationships with our customers and play an important part in delivering a great experience from order through to site!

You’ll take ownership of our Direct to Site orders, entering and processing orders, coordinating large deliveries and working closely with our branches across New Zealand around stock availability, delivery requirements and timings. You’ll be the link between our customers and branch teams, keeping everyone informed, managing changes and making sure the details are right, so our customers get what they need, where they need it, when they need it.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys looking after customers. You’ll be highly organised, accurate and comfortable juggling multiple orders and priorities, with great communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone, build relationships and keep things moving. Experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, trade supply or the building industry would be an advantage, but just as important is someone who follows things through, communicates well and cares about delivering outstanding service.
