Customer Service / Dispatch VA

Job Summary:
We're putting out a call for a motivated and highly organized Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to support our garage door service operations. You'll manage daily customer interactions, coordinate technicians, and keep service schedules in good shape. The right match is reliable, detail-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls about garage door services
• Record accurate customer details and service needs
• Schedule appointments and confirm availability with customers
• Message field technicians on WhatsApp to coordinate jobs
• Receive and process service requests from advertising partners
• Assign jobs based on technician availability, location, and skill set
• Enter and maintain customer records in the GoHighLevel CRM system
• Keep an eye on technician schedules and improve routing efficiency
• Track job progress and send follow-up communications
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support daily dispatching and field operations

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service, call handling, or dispatch support
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in a customer service or dispatch role
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and field technicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM, WhatsApp Business, and scheduling platforms
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Background in service-based or field operations environments
