Customer Service / Dispatching Deliveries

Rock the Dragon is looking for someone to join our team! We supply merchandise for over 450 teams in the UK, specalising in rhinestones and glitter prints. We make orders here and dispatch them to customers all over the UK.

We are looking for someone to take on a dual role in the business. In the morning, you would be helping the admin team and in the afternoon, packaging and dispatching orders on the Royal Mail system. The proposed hours would be 10am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday.

Your role would include:

Admin/Customer Service:

• Answering customer emails
• Answering social media messages
• Answering the phone and speaking with customers
• Sending order invoices
• Building relationships with our clients and helping them add to their merchandise stores
• Adding products to the website and developing customer stores

Packing/Dispatch:

• Using the Royal Mail click & Drop system
• Packaging completed orders and ensuring the correct labels are with the correct items

We are a small and friendly team, but we are very busy and no day is the same! Our workshop is located in Gorseinon, around the back of the old market, so we are well connected to many bus routes as well as having parking available outside or in the shared carpark.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
