Located in Hickory, NC, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Ecommerce Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, able to solve complex problems, and think critically.
Duties
- Assist Walk-in Customers with Orders and Inquiries
- Correspond with customers via email, phone, etc.
- Maintaining/Updating Ecommerce Platforms
- Data Entry/Filing Paperwork
- Good communication skills
- General Office Assistant
Operating Systems Used:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Suites
- QuickBooks
- Ecommerce includes: Shopify, Ebay, Amazon
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
