Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Chat & Email Process

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and email.
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain professional written communication and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Minimum B2-level English proficiency required.
• Written Versant assessment score of 60+ required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days per week.
• 10-hour shift duration.
• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Work From Office in Indore.

Interview Process:

• Walk-in interview.
• Written Versant assessment.
• Candidates must meet the required English proficiency criteria.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
