Customer Service Engineer

Medcaptain is expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support our distributor network across Mexico. If you're passionate about medical technology and want to make a real impact in healthcare, this is your chance.

What you'll do:

• Support distributors across Mexico with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medcaptain products
• Build strong relationships with key hospitals, especially medical equipment management departments
• Train distributor staff and ensure top-tier service quality for end users
• Handle customer feedback and resolve major technical issues in your region
• Partner with sales & marketing on product promotion and gather local market insights
• Manage spare parts stock and demo units for your area
• Help grow the Medcaptain brand in the Mexican market

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, anesthesia machine, life support device preferred.
• Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading) — Spanish is a strong plus for the local market
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel frequently across the region(Mexico or nearby countries)
