Customer Service Engineer

1. Customer Service Engineer (CE)

Main Duty：

(1)Manage engineering and quality-related requirements and facilitate communication among the factory, customers, and sales teams.

(2)Consolidate and escalate key customer requests, complaints, and feedback to ensure appropriate factory attention and follow-up.

(3)Maintain and develop customer relationships, and conduct benchmarking of customer and competitor information.

(4)Coordinate customer visits and related agendas, and participate in key engineering and quality activities to understand business changes and customer needs.

(5)Register and monitor customer complaints through to closure.

(6)Assist production lines and relevant departments in handling customer complaints and quality issues, following up on responses and taking appropriate damage control actions.

(7)Participate in regular engineering and quality meetings (conference calls and engineering meetings) to stay informed of NPI status and customer requirements.

(8)Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Senior Customer Service Engineer (CE)

Main Duty：

(1) Engage with customers on NPI/NPNT projects and monitor engineering progress and customer requirements.

(2) Monitor key engineering lots and experimental lot progress and performance, including CPK, FT Yield, and RA Results.

(3) Handle quotation activities and Price Review-related tasks.

(4) Monitor engineering and quality requirements and facilitate communication among the factory, customers, and sales teams.

(5) Consolidate and escalate key customer requests, complaints, and feedback to ensure appropriate factory attention and follow-up.

(6) Maintain and develop relationships with mid- to senior-level customers, and conduct benchmarking of customer and competitor information.

(7) Register and monitor customer complaints through to closure, and coordinate with BUs on related quality issues.

(8) Follow up on the progress and responses from relevant departments and take appropriate damage control actions to prevent further impact.

(9) Participate in regular engineering meetings (conference calls and engineering meetings).

(10) Drive standardization of customer service processes and develop customer-specific processes when required.

(11) Guide and support new team members, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and experience：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
2. Experience in the semiconductor industry, project management (PM), or customer service is preferred.
3. Good command of English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in English and Chinese.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome; Candidates with 4+years of relevant work experience are preferred.
5. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience and relevant work experience.
